» Bride’s profiles will be given utmost privacy, without your knowledge the profiles will not be shown or sent to anyone
» Firstly GROOMS profile with basic details will be sent to the BRIDE, and if they are interested than the brides details will be sent.
» If both the parties are interested a meeting will be held as per your convenience.
» Meeting will be arranged at our office premises mostly, but will consider according to the situation.
» If the meeting is held outside than allowances or expenditure must be beard by the parties.
» Contact details will be given only after the meeting and if it is confirmed.
» Abroad matches meeting will be held in their location.
» Parties are supposed to make appropriate enquiries to satisfy themselves before coming to conclusion. i.e. complete background verification must be done by both the parties & will assist you in whatsoever manner.
» After meeting minimum one week time will be given for both the parties to give your confirmation to BALAJI MATRIMONY, either YES or NO.
» Unfortunately if the match is not confirmed, due to various reasons than the same service will be given to you until the match is set and again you will not be charged.
» If the match is confirmed though no conditions applicable form our side, we do expect settlement fees which you can give willingly, whatever you wish ,with respect to market conditions and that must be given once the engagement date is fixed either through Cheque or Cash which be utilized to expand our business as well as for social cause.
» In this case we expect genuine and honesty from the parties.
» As it is a matrimonial consultancy. We will definitely assist you in getting suitable and perfect match, but your 100 % Cooperation is required, in giving service after getting registered.
» We do settle matches manually contact details will not be displayed in website even if you’re registered.
» We expect you to co-operate us to send the suitable matches as per your requirements.
» We give utmost privacy for every profile, without your knowledge, your contact details will not be given to anyone.

» If you are interested in any biodata as per your preferences.you can send that ID number to email as well as wats app number given to you.
» Than we will send your complete details to them and will update.
» You cannot see the contact details of either Bride or groom ,as they will be kept under privacy,even if you are a paid customer.
» Balaji Matrimony doesn’t involve strictly in Dowry related subject.
» Both the parties must submit ID Proof, SSC Certificate, Highest Degree convocation, job details at the time of meeting, with 3 reference phone numbers (Relatives / Friends).
» For second marriages legal documents, certificates or MOU must be submitted
» If the data is found incomplete or miscellaneous, the profile will not be considered and the registration will be cancelled without any prior notice.
» Bajaj Matrimony will hold responsible only in introduction of both the parties for registered members only and strictly verification part must be done by the both parties.
